As a kinetic artist the relationship between the wearer and the work was of the utmost importance. As a result, in Bury’s jewellery the movement of the body takes the place of the magnets that characterise his large-scale work. His signature orbs, rods and stacks are a recurring motif in his jewels, serving a direct link to his sculptural practice - never static and always in motion.
